Job description

Direct Affinity are a motor trade contact specialist. We are currently going through a fantastic period of growth within our business and are looking for vibrant, hard working, call centre agents to compliment our already bustling call centre.

Agents will be responsible for contacting previous and new customers of car dealerships all around the UK, discussing events, servicing, needs and levels of customer service. Applicants need to be self motivated, tenacious and target driven. We have a rich history of promoting from within, so the long term prospects for the rights applicants within the business are bright.

Call centre experience is helpful but not essential.

  • £15,000 per annum salary plus bonus (£15,500 after probation)
  • 37.5 hours per week, permanent
  • 28 days holidays a year
  • Shifts between 9am - 8pm, Monday - Saturday
