JOB PURPOSE:
The Client Development Corporate Trainee will assist the Client Relations Management team in all areas including reporting, database management, and ad hoc projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
· A key support in CRM programs to drive client retention and engagement
· Assist the department in using CRM tools to generate reports and studies that will provide new insights on clients and effective communication channels
· Conduct analysis on initiatives, present key findings and propose recommendations for improvements
· Assist store level CRM efforts including invite lists for events, event reports, ad-hoc reports, client information capture, etc.
· Collaborate with internal partners for different reporting and analysis needs (including boutique managers and regional directors, etc.)
· Assist with client gifting program (i.e. operations, fulfillment, approval, etc.)
· Assist in organizing and developing materials for in-store client trainings for retail employees
· Provide Client Database troubleshooting for retail employees
· Perform general clerical and administrative duties
· Any other tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements:
· Strong communications skills both verbal and written
· Excellent follow-through practices
· Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
· Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
· Strong analytical capabilities and computer skills, must be able to learn new applications quickly
· Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
