Web design/development interns

Job description

We’re a new company with some serious backing and expertise looking to add some fresh talent to our design department and are seeking a graduate web designer to join the team.

You’ll be fresh from college or university, you’ll have studied for a career in graphic design, hopefully with ambition to design cutting edge web sites. You’ll be hungry to bring your creative ideas to bear on some fantastic client brands at our work places in Greenwich and West London.

You don’t need to have worked in a web agency before but we are looking for someone who demonstrates the ability to deliver high quality designs for commercial clients. A strong portfolio of your own design work is essential along with a taste for some javascript jquery programming– please don’t forget to send it to us along with your CV.

The role will require you to work on all manner of projects which vary in size from small design changes of a few hours, to large scale design projects of up to a few months.

We are happy with flexible work hours, also you can be out and about sometimes with the events we run ( we do a lot of that ).... but you’d need to sit down and figure out the stuff we do before you start out. It’d be up to you whether you want to run wild or let us guide you... we’d love for you to come and pitch your own concepts and ideas to the team.

Desired profile

You’ll be working within our small design team and alongside our development and project teams across the world to deliver work for some of our prestigious clients.

It will be a varied role which helps you gain understanding and experience of the full design project life cycle within a high tech digital environment. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to demonstrate your skills, develop as a designer/developer and begin a career in a thriving, ever-changing industry.We may even send you off on team trips to middle east and Asia to work on diverse projects.

We’d love to see ideas people.... we prefer smart workers than hard workers... we like people who can really think out of the box and be innovative... add that little twist or spice to everything they do. Needless to say we’re looking for impeccable communicators.
