Prospecting and create your own customer portfolio
Develop and animate partners to generate leads
Be creative and flexible to get business leads
Understand your prospects needs and how they manage their customer journey
Identify and qualify their pain and goals
Make commercial offers to answer prospects problematic
Project management: Support the customer success to specify and set up project
Use companies tools and process and help to improve their performance
Be able to make all the efforts to respect your business goals

Desired profile

Qualification & Requirements :
Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in business development or consultant in customer satisfaction/digitize. (could be in internship)
Familiarity working with clients of large sizes.
Tools: Good knowledge of Google apps suite and preferably SalesForce
Languages: native speaker of the addressed geography and Bilingual in English. French is a plus but not mandatory. French, Fluent English (written and oral) is mandatory, other language if you address another local market (Italian, German, Spanish..)
Location: France or in the local addressed country in Europe
Skills: collaborative work with multiple departments (project, product, marketing), team spirit, communication skills, autonomy, perseverant, polyvalent, business/customer journey knowledge, start-up spirit
