Global Order To Cash Process Governance Specialist

The Taste:
To support the continued improvement within the Order to Cash process by providing insight into the process, ability to understand performance matrixes, identify Way of Working improvements and consult in Order to Cash process design that are migrating to Ent Ops. Deliver initiatives and training as set by the Global Order to Cash Governance Manager.

Ingredients:
• Being responsabile that the Global Order to Cash (OTC) processes are working and followed, Order to Cash processes are measured, Order to Cash improvement plans are delivered
• Deliver control agenda (satisfactory audit ratings)
• Designs the Global process controls and Ensures alignment to Control and Risk Management requirements
• Reviews all incoming processes and any process changes for Integrity of Control Environment and design new controls as necessary
• Governs documentation and Gate Meetings for any project that impacts the OTC Process 
• Review of any changes made to Global Documentation within remit of ownership 
• Support, coordinate and communicate globally OTC process improvements and /or initiatives, consultant in process change planning and implementation
• Manage stakeholders globally, across Diageo, build good relationship with them
•Drive global standard OTC performance measurements and Key Performance Indicators, communicate them and support decision making.
•Provide reports that enable the performance comparison across Markets

How to Serve:
• University or College degree in finance, economics, education or communication
• Minimum 2 years experience at multinational company in either Finance/ Order to Cash areas (typically Shared Service centre operations and/or learning and development background)
• Fluent Business English
• MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Project/ Change management experience is an advantage
