Diageo Europe Partner Markets is a fast growing, diverse and complex 2m EU business which reaches across 30 countries ranging from Iceland, Israel, Czech Rep, to the CIS region and markets such as Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Georgia.
EPM operates via a distributor model and the successful candidate will support transformation in forecast quality and long term business trend visibility through Sales and Operations Planning.

How to serve:
·  Coordinate and facilitate an effective and seamless delivery of products to Distributors. Identify and report risks and opportunities to the overall supply. 
·  Support development of shipment plans and inventory projections that will support business decisions. Support Commercial teams in effective Distributors Stock management
·  Strengthen and sustain continuous communication and relationships with key contacts in the extended supply chain with Distributors.
·  Execute important Supply Chain processes to a high degree of quality and reliability. 
·  Undertake strategic cost optimisation analysis and then drive implementation with energy and determination.
·  Shipment Planning – work closely with Partners on implementing shipment planning processes in order to ensure 18-months visibility over Distributor Shipment Plans 
·  Distributors Inventory Management - implement and maintain consistent inventory management practices at Distributors, based on Diageo global methodology (Inventory Modelling)
·  Cost Optimisation - Ensure maximised MOQ utilisation. Support SKU optimisation exercise. Identify other cost optimisation opportunities and drive rapid implementation to improve business financial efficiency.
·  Supply KPIS –Support improvement on Supply KPIs by carrying out Root Cause Analysis and identifying areas where focus and improvement is required. Ingredients:
·  Educated to degree standard, preferably with a quantitative background such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
·  Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
·  Strong analytical skills and comfort in dealing with large amounts of data 
·  Excellent data management (spreadsheet) and query skills a must
·  Knowledge of MPS/MRP/Replenishment/VMI processes will be extremely helpful in the role
·  Delivery of global approach applied locally
·  Good communicator
