DBSI Bangalore is the newest addition to Diageo’s global shared services organization. This new entity will enable Diageo to take further advantage of its presence in India by leveraging its business services operations and networks.

Purpose of Role
Develop and maintain a pragmatic, easy to digest, information security content reporting and communications process tracking global security events, alerts and incidents collated from a variety of external sources. Assist in the development of practical and relatable information security content (e.g. presentations, training and awareness materials) including being an advocate for the Information Security Awareness campaign. Assist the Global Head of Cyber Training & Awareness with related Information Security communications and reporting.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of communication updates, cyber training and related awareness activities. Develop a cyber communications working group of Diageo personnel whereby global/local cyber security alerts from external organizations are reported, evaluated and communicated internally

Responsibilities
The top accountabilities of the role are –
·  Creation and management of a responsive Information Security content reporting and communications process i.e. an internal cyber news service
·  Partner with business leaders, function heads, project managers and other internal stakeholders across the organization to guarantee joined-up thinking and proactive response to emerging and extemporary cyber threats.
·  Grow the IM&S Yammer group membership and improve engagement by non-IM&S personnel with group posts/content.
We are looking for
We are looking for an IT professional with a university/college degree with 8+ years of experience into Internal and IT communications and withat least 2+ years’ experience in Information and cyber security communications. A broad knowledge and understanding ofsecurity technologies for networks, servers, desktops, and databases is a plus. Should be a skilled skilled communicator (both verbal and written) and with proven experience in expressing technical observations and opinions, in business terms. Must have prior experience in Experience of working with a degree of autonomy, managing and prioritizing workload, and delivering on deadlines.
