Duties
•Maximizing sales by order management.
•Providing a High Quality Customer Service to agreed service standards.
•Continuously improving customer service levels and OTIF numbers in co-operation with the IMC (In Market Company), Planning, Production, Finance and other parts of the business to strive for
•excellence in a highly competitive environment.
•Capturing and entering orders
•Resolving delivery and price related issues
•Managing promotional and malt stock allocations
•Handling all incoming customer queries and requests
•Manage export documentation processes
•Single point of contact for customers and supply
•Managing primary and secondary distribution orders.
•Managing stock inventory target

Requirements
•College or university Degree
•Fluent English and Spanish language knowledge
•At least 1 year of professional experience at an SSC environment in a Customer Service position
•Excellent customer service and customer care mind-set
•Positive ‘can do ‘attitude
