We are searching for a Customer Activation Manager Luxury Brands/ Reserve in our office in Lausanne


Reserve is a high-growth luxury spirits portfolio representing approximately 30% of total Suisse NSV and including top premium brands such as Zacapa, Tanqueray N° TEN, Ketel One, Ciroc, Don Julio, Lagavulin, Oban, Talisker and Johnnie Walker Superdeluxe.

The role

In this exciting role as Customer Activation Manager Luxury Brands/ Reserve you will work close together with our Reserve sales team. You will ensure that our customer commitments are secured within agreed lead times and you will the set up all new packs, products and POS items. With regular analysis of market data, competitor insights and M&E of activities you will drive an understanding of the market place and an ability to confidently make recommendations for action. You will also have budget responsibility for brand activities. Furthermore you will embody the interface between our Consumer and Shopper marketing team and our agency partners within the market. You will also undertake important Public Relations tasks; you will define the optimum brand activity plans/ strategy over the short and medium term and you will select the specific activities that deliver the outcomes agreed between local Reserve and European Reserve teams and how the plan will be executed.
Your profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing/Sales or Customer Marketing - ideally including exposure to a Field Sales and or Account Management environment
• A track record in roles that require analytical thinking, data trend analysis and diagnosis is helpful
• Proven track record on ability to develop innovative proposals/approaches
• Adequate commercial understanding of local trade environment and channel specifics
• Good communicator who is able to influence and engage the various stakeholders
• Good commercial understanding, P&L literacy, strong numerical skills
• Language skills; you are fluent in English and German or French
