Purpose of the role
At the Order to Cash department we are looking for a permanent, full time Budapest-based Credit Controller team member in morning shift being responsible for the debt and credit management of a spcecific customer portfolio across the UK and other English speaking countries.
The role works in close cooperation with various internal and external parties like customers, Customer Service and Finance Teams regarding the cash collection of outstanding items and handling complete issue resolution of any related queries.

Duties
Key responsibilities are daily ledger monitoring, proactive cash collection, cash allocation, reporting, reconciliation and relationship management in order to keep the debtors records up-to-date and provide a high quality customer service to stakeholders to agreed service standards.
We are looking for a candidate who is interested in this area of the business, is fluent in English, has good communicational and problem-solving skills and would like to work in a colourful team of 7 continuously striving for excellence in a highly competitive environment.

Requirements
