Purpose of the role
The role will be responsible to manage incoming market/project demands in the BI&A (Business Intelligence & Analytics) functional areas by analysing requirements, feasibility assessment and end to end delivery of the particular demand.
This role functions as the link between business and technical teams with the ability of translating business needs to Technical Teams and technical information to Business Teams.

Duties
•Conduct functional analysis of requirements to produce a gap analysis and feasibility assessment to determine high-level insight requirements and solution design
•Adhere the cataloguing process, ensure upcoming reporting demands are correctly documented
•Enhance knowledge in Commercial-, Supply- and Marketing, Finance data sets to develop analyses that lead actionable insights resulting accelerated business growth
•Develop analytical capability across operational processes
•Ensure that all the information elements are documented and maintained in the global Report and KPI inventory with clear and consistent definitions
•Create best practices and standards to ensure predictable and repeatable results
•Oversee the advanced analysis of data from multiple systems and databases in order to identify actionable business intelligence and trends of value to the business
•Have a solid knowledge of the supported information asset and the underlying core processes as well as technology
•Work directly with the business to identify opportunities and define requirements to deliver information for enhanced analysis and data-driven decision making
•Provide seamless and timely BI&A “business as usual service” to markets across multiple BI applications
•Perform logical data modelling to support business intelligence initiative

Requirements
•University / College degree in Finance / Business / IS / IT field
•3 years working experience in a relevant business area
•Fluent business English knowledge
•Strong reporting experience and proficiency in spreadsheet programs (SAP, MS Excel, MS Access, other solutions)
•Analytical mindset
•Proactive monitoring and sense of finding potential risks
•Experience with shared services process activities is advantage
•Ability to work and make decisions independently and meet deadlines, set priorities
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Customer focused attitude
•Practice in MS BI, Data warehouses (SAP BW)
