Job description
deVere & Partners Holding Ltd seeks to employ an experienced Paraplanner in order to support our growing operation within our Malta office. The prospective candidate will be a motivated and target driven individual who will work hand in hand with our Administration team in order to provide the appropriate support required in order to facilitate the processing of new and existing business.
The Duties Consist of:

Building a working knowledge of the business support function

Maintaining back office systems and client files
-
Ensuring we are complying with the regulatory regime whilst demonstrating an understanding of ones responsibility within the regulatory framework

Create and maintain working relationships with IFA’s and colleagues
-
Prepare business generating documentation and reports
-
Performing all the necessary actions required in order to comply with all FCA rules and regulations applicable to the role while adhering to TCF procedures at all times
-
Following the company principles and working ethos and act with integrity and honesty at all times
-
Taking responsibility for own development with regard to industry changes, legislation and regulation

The ideal candidate would have:

Experience in financial planning
-
In- depth understanding of financial markets/ risk management techniques/ regulatory requirements

Ability and flexibility to deal with any business strategy changes that may occur

A level standard in Maths and English
-
Diploma in Financial Planning or an equivalent degree
-
Able to work in an unstructured, time critical and stressful environment
-
A positive and pro- active approach to work
Strong English communication skills; both written and verbal are a must.
