Your task

·  Ensure determinated operation system
·  Process incoming false notes
·  Identification of incidents/notes,determinate diagnostisate,categorize,prioritise
·  Difficult problems send on the next level support
·  Observe service levels
·  Close false notes
·  Work bigger self-determination, have more authority and knowledge to solve problems
·  Participate customer oriented implments and applications problems solving
·  Solve generality problems, just the special knowledge pretender problems send to the next level or local partner
·  Share knowledge with their team-mate
·  Prepare service-documentations
