Job description

Your task

·  Ensure quality management methods and processes
·  Define and perform quality improvement tasks
·  Prepare and participate in quality gates, track quality gate measures
·  Ensure reviews of quality management, requirements specification, documentation,
·  Participate in preparation of Management reviews
·  Risk management
·  Take part in the identification of risk potentials from operational, project and process management perspectives
·  Define, categorize and correlate risks including definition of the potential measures and mitigation plan
·  Present risks on the regular Risk Management Board
·  Track the risks during their lifecycle
·  Prepare reports, follow delegated tasks, handle escalations

Your Profile

·  At least BSc degree
·  Experience in multinational environment
·  Fluent English language knowledge (verbal and written)
·  At least 1-2 years of quality management experience
·  At least 1-2 years risk management experience in at least 2 fields of the ones mentioned above
·  System framework based thinking
·  Structural thinking
·  Able to work independently and responsibly
·  Resilience and ability to coordinate simultaneous tasks

Advantage:

·  German knowledge
·  IT operation ond or development experience
·  Corporate culture and or organization development experience
·  audit experience on ISO 9001 or 20000 or 27001 or 22301 fields
·  ITIL v3 foundation
