What are you accountable for achieving as Warehouse Operations Controller? 

We are offering exceptional candidates the chance to be a Warehouse Operations Controller to help achieve a team's outputs against customer requirements and operational KPI's, operating within clear guidelines in order to deliver quality and reliable service for the customer
To co-ordinate and supervise the work activities of the team providing effective leadership, communication, motivation, training and development  To identify and work to solve problems in line with the relevant guidelines or policies                                 
To monitor the performance of people, equipment and processes and highlight to their manager where they think these can be improved or need to change                                                                                          
To work in a safe manner                                                                                                                                                
Accountable for delivering a high quality, customer focused service                                                             
Contribute towards the delivery of site and departmental KPI's                                                                         
Working safely, direct activities to ensure a safe, healthy, clean and fair environment for all the team  
Ensuring 100% accuracy                                                                                                                                                
Ensure that all team members are fully inducted into the warehouse and are fully trained in all the core processes and policies and SOPs  
Support the Shift Leader and / or wider management team in any issues relating to the operation   

What will you need as a successful Warehouse Operations Controller?
Experience of working within a supply chain environment desirable                                                
Experience of working within a warehousing environment desirable                                                               
Previous experience of working within a Team Management / Supervisory role                                           
Building and developing teams                                                                                                                                     
Working as part of a team / own initiative                                                                                                                  
Good communication skills (verbal and written)                                                                                      
High school / secondary education                                                                                                                              
Literacy and numeracy essential  

Hours
Currently recruiting for a 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern for days and nights.
