Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift - Weekend, Sat/Sun 6am - 6pm, with two 8 hour shifts in the week.

What are you accountable for achieving as a Warehouse First Line Manager?
We are offering one exceptional candidates the chance to be a Warehouse First Line Manager to hold responsibility for the effective day to day management of the warehouse operation and to ensure that all internal and external customer targets are achieved or exceeded in line with the business led KPI’s.
Ensuring Operational K.P.I’s is achieved or exceeded
Working closely alongside The Shift manager to ensure that the site achieves all KPI’s
Ensure that all FLM’s follow and conduct a regular review of all operational processes
Ensure that all warehouse colleagues, agency staff and direct reports are treated fairly and in line with the First Choice Management program and that all HR policies are adhered to

3 years Supervisory experience
Higher level education
IOSH Health and Safety Qualification
Relevant management qualification
