Salary: £19,760 +Shift allowance

These are exciting times at DHL and we are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to join us as a Warehouse Admin Clerk 

To be part of a team responsible for fulfilling the daily admin tasks requirement to ensure compliance with HMRC Rules and Regulations and site operational processes.                              
Understand DHL's Bond contractual liability and ensuring all legal and audit requirements are met. 
Controlling and dealing with HMRC documentation including W5D's, W1 & EAD's. Responsible for Bond Admin, Goods in, Dispatch and Inventory functions.

Key Responsibilities in this role will include; 

To provide a comprehensive clerical support services to the Bonded Operation
Full adherence to HMRC Rules & Regulations, ensuring compliance to all site processes and procedures
To undertake all administration functions, associated with all onsite systems including WMS system and DMS systems in particular Stock file, IQ area, Goods Inward and Dispatch.
Working to strict deadlines both commercially & legally
Reconciling stock files between automation WCS, WMS and DMS systems
Accountable for delivering a high quality, customer focused service
Facilitate effective verbal and non-verbal communication processes across all levels
Daily receipts and despatches onto WMS/DMS & processing of relevant Excise Duties and VAT in DMS
Prioritizing daily tasks to meet business needs
Build and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
To undertake all administration functions, associated with the WMS system, in particular Stock file, IQ area, Goods Inward and Despatch.
Be pro-active in preventing accidents and reducing hazards by ensuring that health and safety regulations and standards of hygiene are maintained at all times aiming for a nil accident facility.
Actively champion a culture of continuous improvement
 Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to meet contractual terms and DHL expectations
Ensure 100% accuracy and checking data integrity

Key skills and experience in this role will include:

Experience of working within a supply chain environment desirable with stock control & Bond experience
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Detail oriented, accurate and thorough
Excellent influencing, motivation and communication skills
Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to deal with competing demands in a busy environment
Excellent ability to work with number and figures
