Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

These are exciting times at DHL and we are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to join us as a Transport Compliance Administrator. You will be responsible for ensuring that you support the Network Compliance Manager in ensuring the compliance of the Wellingborough campus.
Key Responsibilities in this role will include;
Collation of daily tachograph data
Completion of all administrative duties surrounding WTD update and maintenance
Defect processing and management
Assist Network Compliance Manager in managing core & agency compliance adherence
Performing regular & random check on drivers' & vehicles' data
Tachomaster data management & housekeeping
Licence checking and ensuring all legal requirements are met
Infringement letters processing and control
Reporting findings on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as well as producing ad - hoc reports when required
Accuracy of data input within WTD databases
Accuracy of infringement reports
Accurate filing of all compliance data.
Accurate Tachomaster housekeeping
Accurate and regular reporting
Key skills and experience in this role will include:
Essential:
Administration experience
Understanding KPI reports/deadlines
Good IT skills and bespoke system use
Good communication skills
Strong task prioritising skills
Ability to follow H&S rules
Desirable:
Compliance background
Transport background
A comprehensive understanding of transport legislation and compliance
