What are you accountable for achieving as a Inventory Analyst?

To ensure products are managed and re - ordering is maintained in line with the agreed procedures.
To ensure new / de-listed products are maintained.
To ensure allocation of products to pubs are completed in a timely manner.
To ensure that all the Inbound Scheduling processes are performed in line with the agreed working procedures and all discrepancies are properly advised and authorised.
To supply daily, weekly and monthly reports for the departmant , customer and suppliers.
To be responsible for all Health and Safety issues within the areas of the Job Holders control.
To communicate effectively with DHL JDW and supplier staff at all levels as required.
To manage a group of Suppliers, liase with relevant internal departments ( Stock control, Ops Admin ) and customers to resolve purchasing supply issues,nesuring an accurate and timely provisions of supplies.

What will you need as a successful Inventory Analyst?

3 years experience in an Inventory Analyst Role (essential)
Forecasting Experience
Excellent PC literacy skills, including Microsoft Excel skills
Good problem solving, communication and organisational skills
Ability to work both within a team environment and individually
An excellent telephone manner
High attention to details and accurate numerical skills is essential
