Job Description:

Manages a medium/large project or a relevant part of a large project or program (single/multi area or product) at all stages (initiation, execution, closure) and in all PM areas (time, cost, scope, quality, communications, risk, human resources, procurement).
Ensures that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, budget, quality and resource requirements.
Manages the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of local medium/large projects (single/multi area or product) to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements.

Skills & Qualifications :

·  Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent experience; Master Degree preferred
·  Professional Project Management certification, specifically in PRINCE2 practitioner level
·  In depth understanding of international project management standards
·  Experience in supervisory/management in general IT in large sophisticated organization with high volume/high transaction environment
·  Exposure to an IT department run as a project center, delivering IT services that are tied to business goals
·  Proven advanced project management experience with technical and domain specific business knowledge
·  Proven ability to lead and manage a specialist-based, high-performing and multicultural team
·  Demonstrated People leadership capability to drive and motivate staff to meet project deliverables
·  Demonstrated Advanced customer relationship and negotiation skills, in order to define project scope, time and quality requirements
·  Strongly demonstrated leadership in project process and planning activities
·  Advanced experience in preparation of project plans with appropriate budget and resource requirements
·  Results-oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on excellence and high quality project delivery
·  Advanced experience in stakeholder and communication management
·  at least 3 years experience in handling BI projects and familair with Express business model.
·  Core skill area: Data Analytics (BI) & Oracle Data Integrator.
