Salary: Circa £30, 000 + depending on experience
Customer: Baker Hughes International
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

These are exciting times at DHL and we are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to join us as a Performance Analyst

• To construct and report on LLP contract KPIs, identify trends and provide feedback on areas for improvement to relevant groups.
• To maintain and support all data/information/reporting within all operational applications for the DHL Global Control Tower.
• To manage, validate and interpret data from the relevant systems and ensure this is provided to stakeholders in agreed timescales.
• To develop, improve and support data management processes and reporting methods for DHL and the customer.
• To identify Continuous Improvement projects and co-ordinate these using DMAIC processes

Key Responsibilities in this role will include:

• Implement a suite of daily, weekly and monthly Performance KPIs working with internal and external stakeholders to agree content, format and presentation method(s).
• Maintain accurate data and information in the operational applications.
• Provide data-related reports to DHL and the customer as required.
• Proactively manage data issues with the relevant stakeholders.
• Work with all areas of the business to improve data integrity.
• Develop capability and functionality of MIS within the Control Tower.
• Upload data into the transport system to support new model/major re-plan activities (including RFQ updates).
• Maintain accuracy of carrier tariff data within the customers GCT transport system.
• Initiate, develop and support improvement projects across the contract and wider LLP where required.

Desired profile

Key skills and experience in this role will include:

• Experience required within Supply Chain division
• Sound knowledge of multi-modal transport operations
• Exposure and buy in to Continuous Improvement projects
• Experience required of LLP operations model
• Data Management experience
• DMAIC training
• Advanced user of MS Excel to include pivots, v.look-ups and macros (advantageous)
• Global Logistics experience
• Knowledge of interacting across cultural boundaries
• Secondary/ Higher Education (university eligibility)
