What are you accountable for achieving as an Operations Administrator?
We are offering one exceptional candidate the chance to be an Operations Administrator to ensure that all supplier POD's are debriefed on the transport management system. Ensure all sales & purchases related to all parts of the Network Rail contract are completed following the correct processes. Ensure headcount reporting and payroll input is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Any other admin duties as required by the contract.

Day to day management of the supplier POD's and debriefing on CTMS
Day to Day management of the purchase ledger system
Weekly management of the sales ledger system
Weekly management of the payroll and headcount processes
Day to Day management of supplier & payroll queries
Day to Day management of the meeting rooms at site
Any other admin tasks as required at site

What will you need as a successful Operations Administrator?
Essential:

Minimum 5 GCSE passes or equivalent
Desirable:
Minimum 2 GCE A Level passes or equivalent
Basic Finance Qualification e.g. AAT
Experience of working with purchase ledger, managing, processing and collating a purchase order system
Experience of working with sales ledger, raising and approving sales invoices for customers
Experience of credit control, monitoring customer debt and taking corrective action where necessary
Experience of managing and prioritising work to ensure specific deadlines are met
Experience of completing continuous or regular admin tasks accurately and efficiently
Experience of dealing with supplier / customer queries by phone or in person
