For our Operations team - based in Greve - we are looking for two Operation Supervisors to ensure production efficiency within assigned area of responsibility as well as overall production compliance. As Operation Supervisor you will have a pivotal role in the operations team and help ensure that our customer perceive DHL Supply Chain as their obvious choice as logistical partner, today and in the future

You will be located at the Supply Chain branch office in Greve.

Areas of Responsibility:

· Manage, plan and distribute work within assigned area of responsibility
· Ensure compliance within legal regulations and DHL´s policies and guidelines
· Ensure the continuous professional development of direct reports
· Optimize and streamline production resources within assigned cost/ budget constraints
· Participate in client meetings and ensure that all contacts with customers are conducted in a professional manner
· Ensure agreed goals and KPI´s are reached and act as speaking partner to KAM´s 
· Conduct individual performance review with direct reportsUpdate productivity targets on a regular basis
· Ensure that process documentation, work instructions and SOP’s are up to date at all times
· You will have the direct employee responsibility for between 10-20 of our warehouse staff
· Act as Acting Operations Manager in his/her absence

· You are structured, analytical and driven to achieve top results
· You have extensive warehouse operations experience and comprehensive SCM understanding
· You show great leadership and communication skills
· You work cooperatively with your team to achieve targets and objectives
· You are fluent in one the Nordic languages in addition to English, written and spoken
· You have a the strong knowledge of MS Office
