Job Summary:

Analyzes statistical data and preparing analysis to support the various needs of assigned DHL business units; compiling and summarizing data to present to management as necessary. Creates and maintains internal sales reference sites on assigned products. Analyzes sales information, projections and other meaningful data and prepares forecasts on market evolution and the company products. Creates and maintains internal tools that support evaluation and growth of assigned products. Identifies best practices and external partners that would most effectively align with the DHL customer profile. Develops and executes new product support plans.

Tasks:

·  Creates and maintains internal sales reference sites containing products competitive information, fee details, industry solution support
·  Analyzes sales information, projections and other meaningful data and prepares forecasts on market evolution and the company products
·  Analyzes statistical data and produces reporting to support identify drivers and opportunities for product growth; compiling and summarizing data to present to management as necessary
·  Tests new product or fee related updates to applications. Identifies best practices and external partners that would most effectively align with the DHL customer profile. Develops and executes new product support plans.
·  Analyzestrade laneopportunities for promotion / driving growth of cash business
·  Support and create internal sites that communicate key Marketing activities to the field
·  Automation of Monthly Service Charge fee billing process, WMX and BBX evaluation tools, Transit Performance tool for claims, CAA and Bid Knowledgebase maintenance, etc

Autonomy:

Nature of work requires increasing independence. Receives guidance only on unusual complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by supervisor and/or direct customers of the process.

Impact:

Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments that have direct impact on department and area results. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results may cause delays in program schedules and may require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify.

Knowledge:

Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization to the completion of moderately complex assignments.

People Management:

May provide general guidance/direction or train junior level personnel in Associate and Professional roles.

Problem Complexity:

Performs professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting, more complex, less clearly-defined issues. Identifies problems and possible solutions and takes appropriate action to resolve.

Skill & Qualifications:

Intermediate-level professional contributor. Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and a minimum of 2 years experience in related field or MS/MA and 1 year of experience in related field. Professional certification is required in some areas.
