Lead Qualifier - Telemarketing Position at Direct Sales Channel

Working Location: Kowloon Bay
You will be responsible for lead acquisition, sales lead profiling and Multi-Channel customer re-qualifying through telephone calls, including cold calls. You will provide supports to Multi-Channel customers on sales enquiries. Your goal is to achieve assigned KPI and follow Global Sales Process in your daily work. You will also be required to answer enquiries on direct marketing programs, collect market information and prepare performance reports to management.
Responsibilities:
· Qualify suspects from various lead sources to acquire quality prospects and new customers for different sales channels
· Identify potential Multi-Channel customers and rank up to other sales channels for business development
· Handle sales enquiries from Multi-Channel customers to meet customers’ needs and expectations
· Handle relevant procedures on customer database maintenance in related systems
· Adhere to Global Sales Process (GSP) standards in daily works with required procedures and processes
· Update all activities interacted with customers in sales system (COMET)
Desired profile
Requirements:
· Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent) with at least 1 year work experience OR Degree holder with less experience will also be considered
· Sales and results-oriented; pro-active and possess a positive work attitude
· Multi-tasking; able to work under pressure and tight schedule
· Demonstrate good spoken and writing skills in Chinese & English
· Proficient in PC operations knowledge including MS Excel and Word
