Your responsibilities
With your expertise, you support the DHL eCommerce division, which offers national and international services in selected markets of the following regions: North and South America, Asia-Pacific, and Middle East/Africa. Your particular responsibilities include developing digital communications standards further, e.g., the intranet (myNet), the internal communications channel (Yammer), and the DHL eCommerce website. You will contribute, for example, to the selection of topics, personal address concepts, and content optimization on the website.

Your profile

·  Degree in communication studies, media design, (online) marketing, or similar (matriculation required)
·  Fluency in spoken and written German and English
·  Experience in internal corporate communications
·  Extensive knowledge in handling and using digital communication channels (Internet/social media)
·  Technical understanding of online processes
·  Good linguistic intuition and practiced in drawing up and revising texts
