Hours: Sunday to Wednesday, 16:30 - 03:00. Occasional Friday shift until 22:00 (flexibility required)

Due to expansion of the business at our East Midlands Hub, we are looking for a professional, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Human Resources Team. As this role will be stand alone on a Sunday shift, it is a great development opportunity for an individual who wants more exposure to Employee Relations and hands on HR advice and guidance. As a Human Resources Administrator, your role will be varied, however detailed below are some of the key duties and skills required within the role:
Key Duties:
· Action changes to employees Terms & Conditions
· Issuing contracts of employment
· Checking invoicing
· Filing
· End to end recruitment & selection for various positions
· Raising & posting job adverts
· Co-ordinate Probation Reviews
· Co-ordinate Disciplinary Hearings
· Liaison with Recruitment agencies
· Checking and inputting timesheets onto the attendance system
· Creating and maintaining employee's personnel files
· Completing 5 year background checks for prospective and current employees
· HR Admin of employee benefits
· Any other AD HOC duties as requested buy the HR Supervisor and Business Partner
