Position: Driver Trainer/Assessor
Location: Livingston
Customer: NISA
Salary: £31,500
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

As a Driver Trainer/Assessor, you will be responsible for fully training new and existing driver to full operational requirement. Also carry out delivery point risk assessments to ensure full compliance on both tasks.
Key Responsibilities in this role will include;
Induction of new drivers
Driving assessments
Manual Handling training
Tachograpgh training
All SSOW training
Delivery Point Risk Assessments
Ensuring all drivers retraining is done to the time scales required
Be able to carry out training to small groups
Computer literate
Carry out drug and alcohol testing
Microlise driving style training and guidelines
Desired profile
Key skills and experience in this role will include:
Educated to High School (secondary) standard
Excellent communication skills
Team player as well as team leader skills
Experience of working within budgetary constraints
IT literate
Analytical approach to problem solving
Process management skills
CAPA
DMAIC Improvement technique Awareness
Presentation skills - preparation and delivery
DDA Assessed
