Hours:
Monday – Friday 21.00-05.30 (40 hours with 30 minutes break per shift)

Duties
Working on dedicated reloads as dangerous goods support and sort support
Confirming RCG booking list
The checking off of all DGR paperwork and freight.
The keying in, filing and distribution of all relevant paperwork.
Confirming all CAO / Radioactive freight and arranging correct units for each flight with the RCG department at EMA.
Ensuring all DG checks, and check sheets are completed prior to the freight being loaded for export.
Successfully distribute, load, flag and scan all DGR, Dry-ice, Radioactive and AVI freight.
Ensuring all Dangerous goods are correctly loaded and secured as per load security requirements
Completing nightly reports.
Advising other Gtw's and Hubs of any special loading to assist their operation.
Attend and pass 2 yearly IATA DGR course.
Assist with the BHX dangerous goods operation
Auditing Outbound and inbound loads
Using Motorised Equipment

Key Skills

Good ACS knowledge
Excellent DGR awareness
Fully aware of all freight routings
Good communication skills
Good keyboard, administration, oral and telephone skills
Computer literate
Good communication with other departments within the DHL network and with ACS clients
Good knowledge of NOTOC/ NOTOD, Dry-ice and all other DHL procedures (Training will be provided)
Must be a team player
Must be flexible due to operational requirements
Driving license required
