Hours: Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.30 (40 hours).

Duties :
Handling of customs clearance through liaison with customers and network contacts to the declaration stage.
Utilisation of the in house electronic data system to facilitate clearance and to record all associated information.
Responding to customers enquiries electronically or by phone.
Key skills:
Proven, demonstrable skills in the areas of organisation technology and communications.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to present and articulate verbally and written information to customers.
Excellent communication skills– both verbal & written.
Presentation skills.
