Job purpose:
The Program Coordinator Sustainability will coordinate the sustainability program including internal reporting and external activities involved. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams and customers to plan, drive and monitor actions that will enhance business development efforts towards strengthening DHL's agenda in the area of sustainability across sectors and with CSI customers. Additional tasks are specific projects within the program to promote the team's strategies on sustainability with the customers and partnerships.

Accountabilities:
• Coordinate the sustainability program on a day to day basis
• Lead and monitor specific projects including sustainability topics
• Lead events and internal communications
• Manage program office activities and team's partnerships
• Communicate and manage the relationship with other
departments
• Drive multiple projects simultaneously, supporting the
strategy of the team for business development

Desired profile

Requirements :

·  Bachelor or Master with 3-5 years´ experience in related field (Business, Marketing, Communications, Logistics)
·  Experience in the sustainability environment and/or another DHL business unit is a plus
·  Excellent English writing and speaking skills and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely
·  Sound project management knowledge
·  Familiar with working in a global environment and across several functions
·  Innovative mindset, fast learner and cross-border thinker
·  Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
·  Profound analytical skills
