We are offering 6 exceptional candidates the chance to be a Warehouse Administrator to develop, improve and administer various reports / data queries using tools including MS Excel, MS Access and MS SQL Server.
To be considered for this position you must be able to work on a rotating shift pattern from 6am-2pm and 2pm -10pm (a fixed night shift is also available) you must be available to work any 5 from 7 days in the week including weekends.
What are you accountable for achieving as a Warehouse Administrator?
Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports in timely manner; capture of KPI data, liaise with management team to ensure that all data is accurate;
Support Control Room FLM in day to day tasks
To provide a comprehensive reporting support to the site
Working to strict deadlines
Ensure daily , weekly and monthly reports are completed accurately and on time and circulated as appropriate
Support in driving a continuous improvement culture within the operation. To carry out ad hoc projects that both improve and advance the depot reporting processes
Work in collaboration with other DHL sites/colleagues to maximise efficiency and best practice
To develop, improve and administer various reports/data queries using tools like MS Excel, MS Access and MS SQL Server
Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner
Capturing of KP data, liaising with management team to ensure that all data is accurate
Providing support to the Control Room FLM with day to day tasks

What will you need as a successful Warehouse Administrator?
Experience in Warehousing / supply chain environment
1-2 years of experience in similar role
Experience with SQL - desirable
Experience with VBA - desirable
Experience with JDA Red Prairie - desirable
Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages, especially MS Excel and MS Access
Experience with report writing
