What are you accountable for achieving as a Co-pack Customer Services Administrator?
We are offering one exceptional candidate the chance to be a Co-pack Customer Services Administrator to hold responsibility for the accurate day to day tasks of co-pack administration. The successful candidate will be customer focused and respond to customers on all queries with a 'can do' approach in all forms of communication.
To process all orders from customers (verify base stock and packaging on a daily basis)
Providing responsive and enthusiastic service to our customers via email or phone
Production of daily/weekly/reports as required internally and externally
Create job sheets for co-pack production along with associated consumables
Invoicing customers on a weekly basis for completed co-pack production
Packmanger (co-pack software) housekeeping and order management
WMS general housekeeping
Maintaining Kronos for co-pack production colleagues on daily/weekly basis
Ordering of stationary, consumables and packaging
JDE management; creating orders and housekeeping (RB only)
New product set-up in packmanager
What will you need as a successful Co-pack Customer Services Administrator?
Essential:
Excellent customer services and administration skills
Good analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communicator (verbal & written)
Desirable:
Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
