DHL Express is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Network Operations Programmes team based in Brussels. This Team is managing applications that enable the Air and International Truck Networks of DHL Express to achieve a safe and optimal operation. The applications are deployed into 220 countries used by over 5000 users. As a Business Analyst your key role is to define, capture and communicate the business requirements and translate them into an IT context.

Your challenge?
* You work with Business Process Managers and Users/Analysts from local, regional and global Teams to document and prioritize business problems, opportunities and requirements.
* You will be translating business needs into an IT context by providing a business oriented and structured analysis of the requirements and problems identified within the business.
* You will support each development stage through Analysis, Design, Testing and Implementation and pay close attention to deadlines and issues.

What do we expect of you?
* Strong business acumen in the Aviation / Logistics sector or IT Sector in business facing roles.
* Well developed analytical skills with practical experience of the change process.
* Exposure to professional Business Process Modeling, Functional Decomposition and Data Modelling.
* Excellent PC skills and IT aptitude including a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office products.
* Strong communication skills. You are able to communicate fluently in English (spoken and written) in a clear and concise manner.
*You are a good team player who knows how to cooperate with others to achieve the targets.
* You are highly motivated and can cope with varying workloads against strict timescales.
* A Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
