Our graduate program GROW offers interesting opportunities forUNIVERSITY GRADUATES (M/F) IN OPERATIONS INTERNATIONALin Germany, Bonn, from April 1st, 2016 for 18 months, aiming to keep you on after program termination.

Your functional area

“Operations” covers all strategic and operational activities of our transport and logistics business in the company’s division Post – eCommerce - Parcel and their branches. Key elements of success in this business include a high degree of standardization and continuously high process quality. You will support us in DHL eCommerce – Routing & Distribution and Parcel Europe – Market Entry.

Your Profile

• Above-average grades and graduation before April 1st, 2016
• Internships, apprenticeships or first professional experience in an international environment
• First practical experiences in the area of logistics, engineering or e-commerce
• Very good English, German advantageous
• Very high communication and presentation skills, assertiveness
• Flexibility, open-mindedness and readiness to take on challenges
• Analytical skills and conceptual abilities, high level of independency
