Lufthansa Technik is currently seeking highly capable candidates for the position of Product Sales Manager - Aircraft Component Services for Lufthansa Technik’s customers in the South-Asia/Pacific region based in Singapore. The position falls within the Product Division Component Services of Lufthansa Technik and will be responsible to:  

·  Represent and promote the product portfolio of Aircraft Component Services to external and internal customers and obtain new business
·  Calculation of component Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) proposals in alignment with all involved stakeholders (internal and external)
·  Negotiate contracts in accordance with business unit requirements and adjust or revise scope of such contracts
·  Establish and maintain relationship within the regional MRO industry
·  Preparation, scheduling and execution of customer visits
·  Monitoring and analyzing of competitors and industry trends, initiation of required measures to protect and extent existing business 
·  Participation in marketing and customer events (for example Conferences, Exhibitions, and etcetera)

Desired profile

Your profile

·  University degree or comparable education preferably with aviation background
·  Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience within the airline industry (for example component services, material service or experience in technical customer service)
·  Excellent spoken and written English. Knowledge of Asian languages (especially Chinese, Japanese, Korean) or German is an added-value
·  High degree of intercultural competency and strong understanding of Asian cultures
·  Excellent service skills and customer oriented attitude with strong ability to build close relationships with customers
·  Like working with people, solving problems, and developing yourself by being challenged in your day-to-day work
·  Have a strong character with the distinction to develop and drive business and customer relationship forward
·  Ability to represent Lufthansa Technik in a consistent and professional way
·  Willingness to travel extensively within Asia/Pacific
