Responsibilities

·  Supporting the Manager Technical Operations
·  Representation of the company´s interests with regard to contractors, maintenance companies, the authorities and stations worldwide
·  Monitoring the compliance of maintenance schedules
·  Development and optimization of related processes
·  Optimized planning of the short term and long term aircraft layover schedule
·  Monitoring the compliance of maintenance tasks with regard to airworthiness requirements
·  Definition and Planning of workpackages for routine and nonroutine maintenance
·  Layoverscheduling for routine and non-routine maintenance tasks
·  Handover of defined workpackages to Part-145 (MRO)
·  Documentation
·  Inspection of all returned workpackages after accomplishment of tasks by Part-145 (MRO) – Monitoring of performed Work/ Taks/ Workpackages
·  Perform all works and processes in close coordination with MOC, Troubleshooting and Part-145 (MRO) planning department
·  Resourcemanagement: ensure that all required ressources (manpower, tooling, spare parts,downtime, tail-sign allocation, workpackages, subcontractors) are available

Desired profile

Your profile

·  Planning Experience or similar Experience in a CAMO Organization
·  Profound computer literacy and knowledge in common IT system
·  In depth AMOS experience
·  Min. EASA Part 66 Cat A License or Degree in mechanical engineering, planning or equivalent.
·  Above-average sense of responsibility
·  Good experience in Line and Base Maintenance
·  Handling of complex and complicated processes
·  Sound knowledge of German and English (technical English), Minimum B2 or equivalent (according to European Framework)
·  Analytical-minded team player with good communication skills, who is able to work with respect to strict deadlines and under time pressure
