Key functional responsibilities:

·  Supporting process management finance (R2R) in:

-Group-wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of the processes

-Development of common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements across the Lufthansa Global Business Services customers

-Design, implementation and updating of the processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower costs and higher productivity

·  Take part in the project “Standardization of the internal control system (ICS)” and its implementation
·  Support the R2R (SAP) Runbook project, especially the integration of standardized Internal Control System in the (SAP) Runbook Smart Module and Safe Control Module
·  Assist Process Manager R2R in the annual internal self-audits conducted for our clients in the Lufthansa Global Business Services
·  Take over clearly defined tasks for follow up annual internal audit recommendations and activities with Process Manager and operations

·  University diploma or equivalent (Business / Finance / Economy)
·  First practical experience in a Shared Service Center
·  Interest for the area of operational risk management, internal controls and quality assurance in the area of finance 
·  Good command of all Windows applications, IT affiliated
·  Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
·  Analytical mindset
·  Customer/ Service orientation
·  Very good command of English, German will be a plus
·  International travel required up to 20%
