·  General assistance to internal customers with desktop, mobile device and application support
·  Troubleshooting software, hardware problems and basic network problems
·  IT inventory management, tracking and updating
·  Contributing to the development and maintenance of IT support processes
·  Participation in planning and execution of IT projects

·  The intern will be able to practice on optimizing advanced, reliable and scalable technological solutions to meet customers` ever-changing needs
·  The trainee will have the opportunity to learn and support the Aviation Business process which will prepare the talented graduates for future roles such as a Developer, IT System Engineer or IT Specialist in Airline Industry
