As an intern (m/f) at HR People Development & HR Management South East Europe, Africa & Middle East you will learn on-the-job and by working closely with experienced colleagues. We will provide an opportunity to gain insight into the processes and the daily operation within the Human Resources department as well as into strategic topics of organization development.
As part of the Regional Headquarter Team, your tasks may include the following:
· Supporting the organization and conception of workshops and trainings, as well as development programs
· Gaining insights and taking over tasks related to Lufthansa Group projects with focus on process management
· Coordination of training
· Organisation of events
· Administrating and supporting the implementation of the new talent management tool
· Getting involved in a wide variety and multitude of administrative tasks
· Involvement in international HR projects
Desired profile
Your profile
· Advanced student of Business Administration/Psychology or other relevant subject with major in HR
· Enrolled during the entire period of the internship (please attach the current certificate of enrollment) or internship between the Bachelor and Master program (Gap-Year), more information about Gap-Year you can find here:

· High level of competences with MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
· Fluency in English (written and verbal) and German (desirable)
· Ability to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy and organization
· Creativity, flexibility and innovation skills
· Team spirit, high motivation to discover the HR field and take part in various tasks
· Intercultural competence
