Responsibilities:

·  Participate in the migration of Human Resources processes, including Human Resources Administration, Employee Services, Travel and Expenses
·  Implement, develop and maintain high quality of Human Resources services in the Lufthansa Global Business Services Center in Krakow
·  Maintain constant contact with internal and external Clients in the German language

Lufthansa Global Business Services (LGBS) was established in October 2013 as new member of the Lufthansa Group to serve as the central platform for administrative processes within Lufthansa. LGBS operates globally with a parent company in Frankfurt, Germany and regionally responsible Service Delivery Centers also in Frankfurt, Germany (for Germany), in Mexico City, Mexico (for Americas), in Krakow, Poland (for Europe, Africa) and in Bangkok, Thailand (Middle East, Asia Pacific). LGBS will have appr. 2000 employees worldwide. Initially, LGBS will cover processes of the administrative functions Finance, Revenue Accounting, Human Resources and Procurement. Besides the operational execution objective and competence of the LGBS is to increase the efficiency of these processes to generate quality and cost benefits across the Lufthansa Group.

Your profile

We expect:

·  Minimum very good command of German (B2 acceptable, C1-C2 preferred)
·  Good command of English (B1 minimum)
·  Previous experience in Human Resources Services in BPO/SSC
·  Very good communication and team work skills
·  Very good skills in Windows and MS Office applications
·  Service and quality commitment, patience and accuracy
