We are seeking motivated and experienced home-based German Speaking Customer Service Consultants to provide professional and efficient service in a call service environment.

·  Customer service experience within a call centre environment would be considered an asset.
·  Good understanding of computer systems and standard software.
·  Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
·  Clear criminal background check
·  Eligible to work in Canada.
·  Resides within a 3 hour radius of Toronto Ontario

Required education:

·  High school or equivalent

Required experience:

·  Customer Service: 1 year

Required language:

·  Fluency in German and English Mandatory
