Swiss WorldCargo (SWC) is the airfreight division of Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. We offer a comprehensive range of logistics solutions for transporting high-value and care-intensive consignments to some 130 destinations in over 80 countries. Your Duties

·  Sell and promote actively and efficiently Swiss WorldCargos' products and capacities at the highest yield possible
·  Secure customer service on a high quality level
·  Execute bookings from agents/shippers as well as accept booking requests via phone, email or fax
·  Deliver fast confirmation of requests according decisions of Revenue Management ZRH towards the customer
·  Participate at telemarketing campaigns to sell available capacities
·  Create adhoc rates and perform pre-pookings in coordination with Indoor Sales
·  Manage ADHOCs and last minute selling, considering the given parameters
·  Flight- and truck disposition of the SWC network ex Germany
·  Inform customers about irregularities, investigate about reason and implement corrective measures
·  Participate in trainings when required (local & abroad)
·  Cooperate closely with local organization (Head of Cargo, Outdoor and Indoor Sales, Accounting)
·  Support Head of Cargo with the implementation of sales plan, its strategies and promotion activities
·  Keep data quality in SwissWorx on a high level and ensure all needed information are updated any time
