Now is a really exciting time to join Spairliners as we are investing in a brand new AOG Desk team. Thus we establish a strong IT structure to build up the incoming customer requests as well as the outgoing shipments and documentation thereof. Dealing with technical trainings, SAP & CRM management and providing trainings for those programs supports the AOG desk team from a technical perspective.

Your tasks:

·  define detailed procedures to set up the AOG Desk operations
·  document the AOG Desk procedures in technical manuals
·  test and establish CRM tool and relevant SAP modules incl. interface management
·  train AOG Desk Team on use of IT (e.g. SAP, CRM)
·  troubleshoot IT and provide fast and efficient solutions and workflows
·  implement and update our system based knowledge base

Your profile

We are looking for you, if you:

·  are committed to providing excellent service and are passionate about aviation
·  have English business level skills and are also happy to speak French or German
·  have solid experience in AOG Desk processes and operational IT
·  have excellent literacy in MS Office, SAP and CRM tools
·  are able to train and coach team members as well as keep them motivated throughout the whole training process
·  have a proactive work ethics and are motivated by project work
·  are self-motivated, can take initiative; preferably with experience in implementing services

This is a project based position which will have the fixed duration of approximately one year to implement the AOG desk.
