Job description

  Arranging incoming, outgoing and internal document workflow inside Lufthansa Global Business Services - Krakow
·  Distributing received post (regular post, Deutsche Lufthansa, Comail)
·  Constantly reviewing and updating Archive Standard Operating Procedure manual
·  Proper archiving of all customer documents
·  Forwarding complete filled documents to external archive
·  Responsible for clean and organized archive room
·  Sending letters at post office every working day
·  Emptying containers for documents to be destroyed
·  Organizing of professional destroying of confidential documents

Local infrastructure support:

·  Rearranging conference and training rooms if needed
·  Supporting company events and job fairs

IT equipment:

·  Moving IT equipment (workstations, peripheral devices)
·  Taking care of stand alone, scanning workstations, laptops for duty travels and peripheral devices (WLAN, printers)
·  Changing tapes in storage libraries
·  Ordering in server rooms

Phones:

·  Connecting new phone sets
·  Moving phones
·  Ad Hoc intervention in case of problems with phone sets / connection
·  Changes in Alcatel system (name, phone type)
·  Taking care of phones not dedicated to users for example meeting rooms

Other equipment:

·  Taking care of videoconference equipment, beamers and TV sets
