You will work in the Controls & Business Support team in Luxembourg or Eschborn performing controls on operational business processes and, amongst others, supporting Clearstream segments in the fulfilment of their duties with regards to processes outsourced by Clearstreaam Banking AG, Frankfurt, Clearstream Banking S.A., Luxembourg and Clearstream Services S.A., Luxembourg The function of Outsourcing Business Surveillance (OBS) supports the Business Owners on the outsourcer side in their duties. OBS should secure a harmonized first line of defence approach across the different Business Owners within the area of its responsibility, including the set-up of standards with respect to contractual service formulations and KPIs. OBS should also secure first line of defence control and monitoring as well as adequate and bundled first line of defence reports to Executive Management and control functions, including the Outsourcing Coordinator, Risk Management and Internal Audit. Your main responsibility will be to support the business owners on outsourced processes along their whole life cycle starting with the contract creation and the review / update process up to the regular performance review and related reporting to the respective Executive Boards. You will be working closely together with subject matter experts on this topic as well as with the Group Regulatory Outsourcing Management team and the Clearstream areas being responsible for their outsourced processes.

Your responsibilities

Provide Clearstream segments and business owners with guidance in the outsourcing contract design and review phases

Support the definition and documentation of measurable performance indicators

Review and validate performance reports and prepare their presentation to the Executive Boards

Establish and maintain adequate procedures and workflows in for Outsourcing Business Surveillance function

Ensure close interactions and co-operation with the relevant Clearstream segments, Group Regulatory Outsourcing Management, Audit and Compliance

Our requirements

University degree in economics, financial markets or business management

2 years experience in the field of tsourcing of financial institutions or similar institutions

Good analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems

Good communication skills and ability/willingness to build network

Team spirit in a multicultural and cross-locational environment

Very good written and spoken English. French or German or any other language are a plus
