We have a vacancy at Clearstream International Lux in Luxembourg
Duration: 6 months / Starting date: mid January 2016 / Working hours: 40 hours / week

As an Intern in Corporate Communication, you will be actively taking part in our communications process in the area of Corporate Communications, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.
Your responsibilities
Internal communication: get in touch with specialist department, collect information, prepare first draft of articles, follow-up wih approval loops, publication (all supervised)
Give support wherever needed in internal and external communication
Support ongoing Internal Communication activities, i.e.: Writing and editing of intranet messages
Support the writing of Intranet News and articles for staff magazines
Support the collection of infomation to be re-distributed to staff
Support administrative tasks
Internal communication: create distribution lists with up-to-date internal information
Events: support of events such as Lunchtime forum, Year End Party
Prepare projects related to internal communication, such as the Group Share Plan
Conduct and prepare survey and related analysis
Our requirements
Students who will apply for an internship must have completed at least the first 2 years of their university studies
The students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during their internship
Excellent command of written and spoken English and German, paired with strong communication skills. Preferably German mother tongue.
Handling of MS- Office application ( Word, Power Point)
Good writing and editing skills
Experience in the field of Corporate Communications would be an asset
Accurate, self-responsible, creative
