The Business strategy and Innovation (BS+I) group of the Market Data and Services department, has the mission to ensure a sustainable pipeline of growth initiatives within the MD+S organization, to support employees in the generation and implementation of innovative ideas and solutions, and to contribute to the strategic planning and overall equity story of the MD+S organization. For our M&A related activities and strategic projects, we are looking for an enthusiastic professional under the following guidelines:
Your responsibilities
Strategic Projects: Provide support to project managers in strategic projects within the department (previous internship / work experience in the asset management industry is a plus)
M&A: Contribute in the identification, research and due diligence activities within the M&A unit depending on the focus of the M&A pipeline, support in monitoring and tracking activities of standing M&A processes
Innovation: Support during the standing Innovation Process in evaluating, monitoring and tracking submitted ideas
Individual focus of activities will be tailored to specific requirements during time of internship, as well as experience and focus of Interns
Our requirements
Students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during their internship
Bachelors degree in Bus. Administration / Finance / Marketing / Economics (Master's degrees are preferred)
Previous work experience (preferably in activities related to finance / asset management)
Eagerness to learn, to take on responsibilities as well as intellectual curiosity and initiative
Fluency in English
There are numerous good reasons to work for us: responsibility at an early stage, an international work environment and a varied internship-/ studentprogram. *If you want to complete a voluntary internship, i.e. not compulsory based on provisions in higher education law, the maximum duration is three months. When completing a compulsory internship, the duration corresponds to the length of time regulated by your study regulations.
