What is DERICHEBOURG Atis GmbH?

Founded in November 2008, DERICHEBOURG Atis GmbH is the German subsidiary of DERICHEBOURG Atis aéronautique, belonging to the DERICHEBOURG group.

We provide services to various customers in an international context, on the final assembly lines of Airbus Group and all its production sites in Europe.

DERICHEBOURG Atis aéronautique covers different areas of activity, benefits from experience and expertise recognized for more than 20 years. Thus, our German subsidiary, whose turnover has increased significantly in the last two years, has quickly become an integral part of the Airbus production environment in Germany. We are able to provide a wide range of services in the fields of European aeronautical subcontracting.

We are looking for a V.I.E to support us in our Quality activities at our location in Hamburg.

• Location: Hamburg
• Duration: 6 months
• Working time: 35h / week

Functions

To work as interface between manufacturing engineering and production team in order to provide assistance and technical solution through related work documentation.

To work as an interface between the supplier’s managers, warehouses and different production sites in order to coordinate all logistics activities, from part ordering to installation on A/C.

*Manage technical & logistic workflow (SAP, TLB, QLB, RFA)
*Create S03 Reject WO for part ordering and initiate part return
*Order appropriate tools
*Update Kitting & technical databases
*Request and manage parts delivery dates according aircraft planning (contact: suppliers, warehouses and production coordinators)
*Follow up the delivery dates
*Handle supplier deviations
*Spare part stock management
*Organize parts transportation means (Truck, Taxi colis, Charter)
*Coordinate parts standard exchange with onsite field services

*Initiate and manage parasitic flows ( dispatch error, cannibalization, loan, lost part)
*Manage parts return and shipments to supplier or warehouse
*Request incident creation to the appropriate services
*Monitor the planning of retrofits
*Manage the equipment Label CT176
*Analyse technical issue
*Create work order for rework or according to Concession answer
*Add technical content in work order (instruction sheet, tools, parts...)
*Duplicate of quality non conformity for logistic activities
*Provide valid documentation (DQN, Concession, Drawing, sketch...)
*Translate technical documentation (SOI, MET, ...)
*Find appropriate equivalence for parts and tools
*Create and update (NC, TLB, QLB) workflow according to technical solution
*Transfer work order to appropriate production team
*Initiate manufacturing of specific parts
*Prepare and participate in meeting

Profil

*Ideally a student in aeronautical engineering, business management, project management, IT, etc.
*Fluent in English
*German is a plus
*Good command of MS Office
*Sense of organization & rigor
*Team spirit and initiative
*Motivation and pro-responsiveness
