Deloitte is seeking an Intern to join the Human Capital Advisory practice within the Consulting department at the Moscow office.

Our Human Capital Advisory practice focuses on HR Strategy & Transformation, Competencies Evaluation, C&B, payroll audit, HR processes automation, Grading, Shared Service and Outsourcing Advisory, as well as HR administration services and Corporate Culture projects.
As an overview, you may be part of a focused team assisting a client in determining how their HCAS function can more effectively support their enterprise strategy, or you may have the chance to contribute to a team working to help a client transform their HR function.
You will become an active member of our Consulting team and participate in our internship programme together with other interns from the Consulting department. A buddy will guide you during your internship and provide support whenever needed. You will have the opportunity to build a strong professional network and benefit from a team-oriented, international environment. You will be ideally placed to apply for a permanent position upon the completion of your studies.
 
Conditions :
·  Participate as an analyst on different HR projects for Russian and international clients
·  Analy s e and develop business processes
·  Take part in marketing activities: prepare presentations and proposals

Requirements:
·  Higher education (mathematics/economics/accounting is preferred)
·  Strong analytical skills, ability to analy s e a large volume of data
·  Advanced level of MS Excel, VBA knowledge is an advantage
·  Good level of MS PowerPoint
·  Familiarity with Visio, ARIS, MS Project
·  Self-motivated and an effective team player
·  Good command of English: oral and written (intermediate and above)
·  Relevant job experience: minimum one year as an HR/C&B/accounting analyst
·  Knowledge of the Russian Labor Code is an advantage
Terms and conditions:
·  Internship duration: 2 months (July - August) , full time employment; a reasonable compensation package will be provided.
·  Upon completion of the internship the best candidates will be invited to join the Consulting department of our CIS practice on a permanent basis.
